Ms. Lynch was born in Grand Forks, North Dakota and grew up near there with her parents, 2 sisters, and 1 brother. She received her Associates Degree from North Dakota State School of Science. In 1981 she joined the Navy and was based in San Vito, Italy for most of her four years. She met and married her husband, Jeff, in Italy. He was in the Air Force there. After their 4 yrs. in the service, they were discharged from the military and moved to Rocky Mount. They have two sons, Doug and John. She has been at Oakdale Baptist Church since 2007, and is enjoying it very much. It’s a great place to be.
